The success of the advisory process is the moment when the management team works together like a Swiss watch and exceeds the set goals, with the role of the CEO limited to setting direction and supporting the core team in development. 

We achieve this moment through cyclical sessions with the CEO, partners, or board. We systematically guide through the process of improving the company, advising on business and team development areas. 

We focus on setting and achieving specific goals. During the collaboration, we also support in addressing current challenges that arise in the daily lives of our clients and require immediate resolution. Sessions usually take place once a month, with ongoing contact through a shared channel on the communicator.

We usually start the collaboration by conducting a strategic workshop, interviews with key team members, or participating as observers in a board meeting. This allows clients to quickly receive feedback and plan further steps.
